Waste generated from the chemical investigation site public health nuisances shall be treated, stored, transported, and disposed in accordance with applicable rules, and regulations, adopted by the State Department of Health, the State Pollution Control Agency, and the county, and city, rules and regulations for solid waste, and for hazardous household, and other hazardous, waste.
