§ 120.34 CONDITIONS OF LICENSE.
   The Council may adopt conditions prerequisite to the granting of the license to collect garbage, or may grant a license subject to continued compliance with certain conditions. Any conditions adopted pursuant to this section shall be in addition to the conditions imposed by other city code provisions, or state laws.
