§ 120.33 RATES AND STANDARDS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   All license applicants shall specifically describe the vehicle, or vehicles, in which the garbage, or rubbish, is to be hauled or transported, and shall have tight packer-type vehicles in good condition to prevent loss in transit of liquid, or solid, cargo, and that the same be dumped, or unloaded, only at an approved sanitary landfill, as strictly in accordance with regulations relating thereto.
   (B)   Included therein a schedule of charges, or fees, to be made for the services. No increase of the charges, or fees, as stated in the application, shall be made by the licensee during the period of such license effective period.
   (C)   All pickup vehicles must not exceed the gross axle weight as posted on all streets, or avenues, of the city.
