Nothing in this subchapter shall prevent persons from hauling grass clippings, leaves, tree branches, rocks, earth, sand, gravel, brick, plaster, or wood, as the result of construction or demolition operations. All materials must be contained in the type of vehicle which will prohibit the possible loss of cargo. All material shall be deposited in an approved disposal site.
