(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99. (B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 34.15 through 34.22, or any regulation adopted thereunder relating to acts, omissions, or conduct, other than official acts of city employees or officers, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
