§ 118.03 PERSONS DISQUALIFIED.
   No license under this chapter may be issued, or renewed, to a person who:
   (A)   Is a minor;
   (B)   Has been convicted of any crime related to the occupation of pawnbroker; or
   (C)   Is not of good moral character or repute.
