§ 116.04 PRESCRIBED ACTION FOR VIOLATION.
Failure of an organization to comply with the allocation of profits for lawful purpose herein shall be prima facie grounds for the Council to adopt a resolution disapproving any gambling license of an organization who fails to comply with this chapter, and to adopt a resolution requesting the State Charitable Gambling Control Board to suspend the organization’s license for wilful violation of this chapter. This section shall authorize a civil action to compel an organization to comply with the provisions of this chapter. All costs of the action, including allowable attorney’s fees, are the liability of the organization.
