The provisions of M.S. Chapter 349, “Bingo, Gambling Devices, and Video Games of Chance”, as it may be amended from time to time, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, charitable gamblings, and all other matters pertaining to lawful gambling, and gambling licenses, are adopted and made a part of this chapter as if set out in full.
