§ 111.084 LICENSE RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   No slot machines, or other gambling device or apparatus, shall be permitted on licensed premises, or in any room connected therewith, except that gambling devices may be kept, or operated, and raffles conducted, on licensed premises and adjoining rooms when the activities are licensed by the Charitable Gambling Control Board.
   (B)   No prostitute, or person of known immoral character, or any disorderly person, shall be permitted on licensed premises.
   (C)   Any licensed premises may be inspected by the Health Officer at the time, or times, as necessary, or advisable, to maintain clean, and sanitary, conditions.
   (D)   No licensee shall sell, offer for sale, or keep for sale, liquor in any original package which has been refilled, or partly refilled.
   (E)   No person shall be employed on licensed premises who has been convicted of a felony.
   (F)   No person under 18 years of age may be employed in a place where liquor is sold for consumption on the premises, except persons under 18 years of age may be employed as musicians, or in bussing or washing dishes, in a restaurant or hotel that is licensed to sell liquor, and may be employed as waiters, or waitresses, at a restaurant or hotel where only wine is sold; provided, that the person under the age of 18 may not serve, or sell, any wine.
   (G)   It is unlawful for any licensee, or employee thereof, to sell, or serve, liquor to any person who is obviously intoxicated.
   (H)   Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of his or her place of business, and for conditions of sobriety and order therein.
