(A) Hours of sale. No sale of beer shall be made between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00. a.m. on any weekday, Monday through Saturday, inclusive. Neither shall any beer sale be made on any Sunday between the hours of l:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
(B) Beer sales to intoxicated persons. It is unlawful to sell beer to a person who is in an intoxicated condition, or to an habitual drunkard.
