§ 111.051 NONPROFIT, ONE-DAY LICENSE.
   (A)   License required. Any nonprofit organization desiring to serve liquids for the purpose of mixing with liquor, and permitting the consumption, and display, of liquor in conjunction with a social activity sponsored by it, shall first obtain a license therefor from the city. It is unlawful for any organization to fail to obtain the license.
   (B)   Term. The term of the license shall be one day only.
   (C)   Limitation on number. No more than ten licenses shall be issued in any calendar year.
   (D)   Approval. In addition to Council approval, the license must be approved by the Commissioner of Public Safety.
