§ 111.038 INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR SALE WITHOUT LICENSE.
   The holder of an on-sale wine license issued pursuant to this chapter who is also licensed to sell beer at on-sale, and whose gross receipts are at least 60% attributable to the sale of food, is authorized to sell intoxicating malt liquor at on-sale without an additional license.
