(A) Duty to provide removal. The occupant of each dwelling unit within the city rented for residential purposes shall provide for the dwelling unit refuse and garbage removal service, whereby refuse and garbage shall be removed from the premises upon which the dwelling unit is located at least once every seven days for a dwelling unit rental license issued pursuant to this subchapter. Failure of the occupant to comply with the provisions of this section shall constitute a violation.
(B) Duty of landlord to provide dumpsters. In instances where a dwelling unit consists of five, or more, apartments, the landlord shall provide, at no cost to the occupants, a dumpster of suitable size to meet the needs of the dwelling unit.
(C) Violation. Failure to comply with the requirements of this section may result in a suspension, or revocation, of the dwelling unit rental license, or considered a violation of this section, which shall be punishable as a misdemeanor.
