§ 91.24 IMMOBILIZATION OF DOGS.
   For the purpose of enforcement of this subchapter, any peace officer, dog catcher, or other person assisting a peace officer, or dog catcher, may use a so-called tranquilizer gun, or other instrument, for the purpose of immobilizing, and catching, a dog.
