§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   A person who violates, or is found to have violated, § 90.03, shall be sentenced as follows:
      (1)   First time offenders. Any person who violates § 90.03, and has not violated this chapter or another city code provision in conformity with it, including prior violations of the loud animals or public nuisance city code provisions, within the five years prior to the violation, is guilty of a petty misdemeanor, and punishable by a fine of not more than $200; or
      (2)   Misdemeanor offenses. Any person who violates § 90.03 within five years of previously violating this chapter or another city code provision in conformity with it, including prior violations of the loud animal or public nuisance city code provisions, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
