§ 90.04 JUNK CARS, HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS, AND OTHER APPLIANCES STORED ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   It is unlawful to park, or store, any unlicensed, unregistered, or inoperable vehicle, household furnishings, or appliances on public, or private, property in excess of 24 hours, unless housed within a lawfully erected building. Any violation of this section is hereby declared to be a nuisance and, upon 24 hours after written notice from the Building Official to the owner, or occupant, of the property, as shown by the records in the County Auditor’s office, of private premises on which the material is found, the city may remove, and dispose of, the same, and certify the cost of the removal, and disposal, as any other special assessment, with a minimum charge of $100 above, and beyond, the disposal cost.
