(A) It is unlawful for any person to operate, propel, or ride a skateboard, or roller skates, upon any public sidewalk and/or parking lots in the Business District.
(B) Whenever a person is riding a skateboard, or roller skates, upon a sidewalk where not prohibited, the person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian, and shall give audible signal before overtaking, and passing, the pedestrian.
