(A) The city is divided into two wards called the first and second ward, respectively.
(B) The limits, and boundaries, of the first and second ward are hereby amended as follows (see image below for the map of the first and second wards):
(1) First ward. The first ward of the city is all of the area that lies west of Armstrong Boulevard North and Armstrong Boulevard South, excluding property south of Tenth Avenue South; and
(2) Second ward. The second ward of the city is all of the area that lies east of Armstrong Boulevard North and Armstrong Boulevard South, including property south of Tenth Avenue South.
