(A) There shall be no street parking during snow removal in order to expedite efficient snow removal from the city streets.
(B) Vehicles shall not be parked, or left standing, on any street after an accumulation of two inches, or more, of snowfall until snow removal operations have been completed on a street for the entire block from curb to curb, or the entire width of streets without curbing.
