It is unlawful to park a semitrailer, truck-tractor, or combination thereof, or any other vehicle with more than 9,000 pounds gross vehicle weight, or any vehicle designed, used, or maintained for towing other motor vehicles or equipment, upon any street, alley, private road, parking lot, driveway or upon any public, or private, property which is within an area zoned as a residential district, except for the purpose of loading, or unloading, and then only for a period no longer than one hour.
