§ 71.16 COURTESY PARKING.
   The Council is hereby authorized, by motion, to waive meter charges, and hours of parking limitations herein stated, upon an application duly filed on any day, and to any particular group; provided, that members of the group shall have displayed in their motor vehicles a courtesy parking sticker, card, or other similar designation.
