§ 71.15 PARKING FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVERTISING AND SELLING.
   It is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on any street, municipally-owned parking lot, or other city-owned property for the purpose of selling merchandise thereon, or therein, or advertising any merchandise for sale, or a forthcoming event, for a period longer than 15 minutes.
