§ 71.10 PARKING RULES IN MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS AND RAMPS.
   In parking lots and ramps owned by the city, or any other governmental subdivision, the Council may limit the sizes, and types, of motor vehicles to be parked thereon, hours of parking, and prescribed method of parking; provided, that the limitations, and restrictions, are sign-posted thereon. Where painted marking appears, vehicles shall be parked within the markings, front and rear, where parallel parking is permitted, and side to side, where angle parking is permitted. It is unlawful to park, or leave standing, any vehicle backed into a parking place, to drive in a direction opposite the flow of traffic marked by one-way signs or arrows, or to park any vehicle in parking lots, or ramps, contrary to the restrictions, or limitations, sign-posted therein, or the marking painted thereon.
