(a) No person shall park a vehicle for longer than two hours during the times between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the following locations:
(1) The 100 blocks of North Fourth Street and South Fourth Street; the 300 block of Market Street; the 400 block of Market Street; the 100 blocks of South Fifth Street and North Fifth Street; the 100 block of North Third Street; and the 100 blocks of North Court Street (alley) and South Court Street (alley).
(b) No person shall park a vehicle (excluding buses) for longer than thirty minutes during the times between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the following locations:
(1) The 100 block of South Third Street.
(c) Time limited parking zones shall within the areas described in this section shall be designated by signs.
