(a) No person shall park any truck, semitrailer, pole trailer, moving and furniture van, agricultural tractor, trailer, commercial tractor or cargo, merchandise or freight-carrying motor vehicle on any street or alley within the corporate limits of the City, except for the purposes of loading or unloading such vehicle. (b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
