339.12 PROHIBITIONS AND LIMITATIONS ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   (a)   Prohibitions. Commercial tractors and trailers are hereby prohibited from traversing the following streets:
      From Adams Street at Ninth Street to West Adams Street;
      From Ninth Street at Market Street west to Steel Avenue;
      Franklin Avenue from the railroad tracks to Dean Martin Boulevard;
      Franklin Avenue from Seventh Street to Stony Hollow Boulevard;
      From Sinclair Avenue at a point beginning from Lincoln Avenue at the
      intersection of Coal Hill to Lovers Lane;
      On Washington Street going east from the Brady Interchange to Seventh
      Street (St. Route 43 south).

   (b)   Limitations.
      (1)   Trucks in excess of one ton gross weight operating either eastbound or westbound on Sunset Boulevard shall remain in the right lane.

      (2)   Trucks in excess of one ton gross weight are prohibited from traveling in other than the curb lane in the northbound or southbound traffic lanes of Dean Martin Boulevard from Slack Street to the Fort Steuben Bridge.

   (c)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
