There is hereby levied a five dollar ($5.00) license fee on all registered vehicles in the City limits.
The five dollar ($5.00) license fee shall be paid directly to the Director of Finance for the City.
The moneys accumulated from the license fees shall be used to supplement the cost of all repairs to and repavement of City streets.
