179.03 RIGHT TO APPEAR PERSONALLY.

Persons who appeal to the Utilities Delinquency Review Board as set forth herein shall have the right to appear before the Board personally or with a person of their choosing to represent their interest. (Ord. 1984-131. Passed 8-21-84.)
