179.01 ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby created a Utilities Delinquency Review Board consisting of three members, who will be the Law Director, Finance Director and Utility Director of the City of Steubenville. (Ord. 2016-45. Passed 6-7-16.)
