171.04 OFFICE ESTABLISHED.

The Fair Housing Practices Commission shall have its offices established and maintained within the offices of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City and shall be under the supervision and direction of the Urban Projects Director of the City. Clerical work to be performed in the performance of the duties shall be performed by the Urban Projects Director and the staff established and provided therein.
