169.07 MONOPOLY PROHIBITED.

In the enactment of this chapter, it is the intent of Council to prevent any monopoly of wrestling exhibitions. The Wrestling Commission created by this chapter shall not by any rule or regulation, disallowance of permits or otherwise, create, protect, preserve or foster any monopoly of wrestling exhibitions in the City.
