There is hereby established a Wrestling Commission, which shall consist of five persons to be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
Such Commission shall consist of one member of Council and four citizens. The Director of Law or any member of his staff designated by him shall be an ex-officio member of the Commission.
No member of the Commission shall be interested either directly or indirectly in the promotion of any wrestling exhibition held in the City. No member of the Commission shall receive any salary or fee as a member of such Commission or as one of its officers.
