As used in this chapter, "wrestling exhibition" means any wrestling exhibition, match or contest to which admission may be had by the payment of a fee or by the purchase, possession or presentation of a ticket or token obtained for money or anything of value, and which exhibition is held under and by virtue of written permission issued by the Mayor. However such terms do not include any wrestling exhibitions, matches or contests in which the participants are members and representatives of any grade school, high school or college. (Ord. 1961-44.
