133.06 DESIGNATION OF NONSMOKING AREAS.
   The Fire Chief and/or Fire Inspectors shall be designated the officers of the City who shall have the power to designate nonsmoking areas in any and all City-owned buildings and enclosed structures. (Ord. 1993-5. Passed 2-23-93.)
