133.05 FIRE CHIEF TO ISSUE CITATIONS.

The Fire Chief is hereby given the power and authority to issue citations for violations of fire lane parking; combustible materials; and securing property for dangerous structures. (Ord. 1986-31. Passed 3-4-86.)
