133.01 COMPOSITION; DUTIES.
   (a)    The Division of Fire shall consist of a Fire Chief and such other officers and personnel as Council shall determine from time to time.
   (b)    The Fire Division shall be responsible for the prevention of fire and for the control and extinguishment of fires within the City, and for the protection of lives and property endangered by fire.
   (c)   The Fire and Emergency Medical Service Division (EMS Division) shall be responsible for emergency medical services (EMS) and emergency medical transport services (EMTS) within the City.
