131.05 FALSE ARREST AND LIABILITY INSURANCE.

(a) Every member of the Police Division shall be required, and it shall be mandatory, to provide insurance coverage for false arrest and for bodily injury as a result of an arrest.

(b) The Chief of Police and the City Manager are to inspect and approve such policies of the members of the Police Division initially and upon every renewal thereof.
