131.03 UNIFORMS REQUIRED.
   The Chief of Police, Captains of Police, Sergeants and patrolmen, while on duty, shall be in uniform. The City Manager shall prescribe a standard design or pattern of clothing to be worn by all the officers and patrolmen. (1947 Code, Sec. 2-138.)
