A Treasury Investment Board is hereby created consisting of the City Manager, Director of Finance and Law Director with such duties as set forth in Ohio R.C. 731.56 et seq.
Whenever there are moneys in the City Treasury which will not be required to be used by the City for a period of at least six months, such moneys may be invested in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R. C. 731.56 through 731.59 and for such purpose the Director of Finance shall maintain an account to be known as the Treasury Investment Account.
