(a) The General Division shall be responsible for overall fiscal planning and management including supervision of computer operations, program development and analysis, utility billing and collection, claims processing, debt and treasury management, insurance, payroll preparation and administration of employee benefit funds, accounting, auditing and filing operations and such other duties as provided by the Director of Finance.
(b) The Division of Taxation shall be responsible for the collection, accounting and reporting of all municipal taxes.
(c) The Central Cashier Division shall be responsible for operating a central cash collection, receipt and register system for all divisions and departments of the City except when otherwise approved by the Director.
