111.24 AMENDING OR RE PEALING THESE RULES.

Rules of Council may be amended or repealed at any regular meeting of Council by the presentation of a resolution setting forth the amendment or substituted rule, which resolution must be adopted in the manner provided by law. (1947 Code, Appx.)
