111.22 ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER.

In the absence of any rule upon any matter of business, Council shall be governed by the ordinary rules governing legislative bodies, laid down and set forth in Robert's Rules of Order. (Ord. 8904. Passed 12-9-57.)
