111.13 DIVISION OF THE QUESTION.

Any member may call for a division of the question, or the Mayor may direct the same, and the question in either case shall be divided if it comprehends questions so distinct that, if one is taken away, the other will stand an entire question for decision. (1947 Code, Appx.)
