111.03 ORDER OF BUSINESS PROCEDURE.
   The business of Council at regular meetings shall be transacted in the following order:
    (a)    Invocation.
   (b)    Roll call.
   (c)    Approval/correction of minutes.
   (d)    Petitions and communications.
   (e)    Reading of ordinances.
   (f)   Reports of committees.
   (g)    Reports of administrative officers.
   (h)    Miscellaneous.
   (i)    Public forum,
   (j)    Adjournment.
