In case of any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of the Ohio Plumbing Code, including the doing of any plumbing work, and the approval and description thereof, the permit granted by the City shall be nullified by the City and notice thereof shall be at once given to the plumber(s) having charge of the work and doing the same, and the owner of the building or his agent, and thereupon all work under such plans and descriptions shall immediately cease and work thereunder shall not recommence until such plans and descriptions have been re-approved.
