All construction and land development shall be designed to adequately control, collect and dispose of storm water drainage as provided for in the City's Storm Water Management Regulations. Storm Water Management Plans and accompanying documentation, where required, must be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of zoning approval by the Zoning Administrator. (Ord. 2016-11.
