SECTION 7. EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENTS TO CHARTER.

These amendments to the original Charter of 1984, shall be submitted to the electors of the City of Steubenville at the general election to be held on November 3, 1987; and if approved by the electors, shall take effect and be in full force and effect on November 23, 1987. (Added 11-3- 87.)
