SECTION 3. RECALL

Any elective officer provided for in this Charter maybe removed from office by the qualified voters of the City of Steubenville in a manner as set forth in Section 705.92 of the Ohio Revised Code as provided by the Constitution or the laws of Ohio. (Amended 11-3-87.)
