1325.07 OCCUPANCY OF VACANT BUILDINGS.

Vacant buildings under Chapter 1199 of the Codified Ordinances shall not be re-occupied until the building and premises are inspected and a certificate of occupancy is issued by the Building Inspector pursuant to the requirements of Section 1199.05(c) of the Codified Ordinances.
