All meetings shall be open to the public in accordance with all Sunshine Laws of the State of Ohio. Council may go into executive session for the purposes as set forth in Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, provided that the general subject matter for consideration is expressed in the motion calling for said session. Formal action or voting by Council must be done only in public meetings. (Amended 11-3-87.)
